When we first decided to go ahead and make serious in roads into making enquires we didn’t know who on earth to ask, so we ended up asking loads of firms. Some replied, some didn’t. Some were really lovely, some not so much, but when you phoned we very quickly felt at ease, not only as you sounded like you knew what you were talking about !!!!! LOL, but we had some great banter. Seriously tho, you listened to what we were looking for and then quickly came up with some properties for us to look at, and with some suggestions we would have never thought about, which really helped as well. But for us, apart from your great wealth of knowledge !! You were never pushy, unlike some of your competitors, and for us that wins every time !!!

We needed to find an architect at the very last minute because we were flying away the following day. I have been told about Luca and fortunately for me we hit the jackpot with him. We met only once before to fly away but he understood our desires and designed exactly what we wanted and was able to provide us with plans and sketches within a few days. Even when we encountered a problem with the placement of a beam, he talked through the options available in a calm way and we get to find the best solution. He was always there for help and advice and his customer service is second to none. You can feel since the beginning he really likes what he does. Also I would like to thank Esteban and his team of builders to make the job in a such a professional way and respecting the timeline we had to deal with. Thank you for all that you have done for us and being patient with someone who doesn’t know much about plans and buildings. I would have no problems in recommending Luca and BuenaVista Homes!

We had the idea of buying an apartment in the area of Marbella but it was difficult to decide due to the wide range of properties for sale.. Thanks to Luca we have found our house with which we are delighted. His professionalism and his interest to know our tastes made it possible. The flat needed some refurbishment and once again we appeal to him with excellent results.

Since we met Luca, we have not stopped enjoying our new home. In a few days he understood what we wanted and which was the kind of house we were looking for. Thank you for your kindness, but above all, thanks for opening the doors to meet our new home in Marbella!

I always wanted to move to Spain but i didn't know where to start. Machiel helped me with basically everything in a very professional yet friendly way. Allthough i had the choice from multiple homes i have chosen the very first penthouse he showed me because he levelled so well with me. I recommended him to my parents and they contacted him as well. Same story here, they all so have chosen the first house he showed to them! So now all of us have moved to Marbella, living happily ever after together as a family, enjoying this beautiful country in our dream homes. Machiel is still one phone call away taking care of everything necessary so we highly recommend Machiel and BuenaVista Homes to everyone!!

After several experiences with real estate agents all around the world, we never had such a high-quality- and reliable partner. We found Buenavista Homes via google. After experiences for some days with other companies, we decided to search only with Buenavista Homes, because from the first day we found that Mr. Mayora understood best what we were looking for, he was very flexible, patient and has he has a high knowledge of the market and economy. We found interesting apartments very fast. Luckily, as Buenavista Homes has a huge network, we were shown some objects which were not even on the market, which was a big advantage and we found a perfect second home. The AFTER service was as amazing as before: we were introduced to a law firm specialised in the realty market (and even tax considerations) with lawyers speaking several languages (we have been advised by a German-native speaking lawyer) and a highly-recommended-notary as well as an independent credit-advisor. Finally, Mr. Colombo from Buenavista Homes, an experienced architect organised the technical adaptions for our new home for us by a highly-recommended company.

Dear Luca, Once you have completed the acquisition of our apartment in Benalmadena - a task we have undertaken together - we manifest the three months that we have passed to find the right property have been of total understanding and we are satisfied the polite and respectful treatment that we've received from you. Also we consider that your preparation and professionalism have been guiding us; for all we want to congratulate you and thank you because without doubt we have found the ideal house and if at any time we needed your services do not doubt that we would go to you again. Finally we wish you all the luck you deserve and we’ll like you to make us a visit whenever you want to show you the apartment properly installed. A big hug.

Extremely efficient, accommodating and very friendly: I am really pleased with the help and service provided by the BuenaVista Homes, especially Luca. I live an hour away from Marbella and had to sell my upstairs flat and buy a ground floor flat. Two extremely stressful transactions, especially done long distance. Luca always acted professional and was there when needed. Always easy to contact with a smile in his voice. He was helpful over and above what I would have expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them without reservation to anyone needing the services of an estate agent, 100% reliable

Since deciding to follow our dream of buying a property in Spain, we have spent a great deal of time researching the Malaga area and the property market. Danny, helped us to prepare for our visit to Spain and we felt that he fully understood what we were looking for therefore we found the ideal property for us. Danny's ongoing help and assistance is invaluable and we're looking forward to many years of enjoyment in our new apartment.

I have recently purchased an apartment in Malaga through Machiel at Buenavista Homes. In terms of finding the right property, which we had been looking for for more than a year, Machiel was very helpful and calm, never pushy and always listened. When we did find the right place, it was particularly complicated as the apartment was being completely refurbished by a developer, giving us the opportunity to input significantly to the finished product, but when you are not there and are dealing with everything through emails and an occasional phone call, there can be misunderstandings and delays. Machiel was always willing to help to smooth things over and to talk to both the developer and our lawyer, which was a big help and kept things on track. His partner, Luca, also input to the refurbishment ideas and we really appreciated the support of both of them. I would not hesitate to work with them again nor to recommend them to someone else.

We want to thank Danny for the excellent work accomplished. Danny was able to identify what we were looking for in a very short time and offer us excellent properties. Danny also gave us excellent descriptions of the environment of the properties visited what was very important for us because we did not know much about the region. We visited other properties with other agencies and we can say that Danny is the best, the most efficient and always on time to appointments, which was not always the case for the others. Please show this message to your boss because he must know that he has a pearl in his team.

Machiel is a trustworthy and professional agent who I highly recommend. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for on the Costa de Sol. He listened to my needs and did not waste time to find homes to match my long criteria list. With strong local expertise, he and his team guided me through the process of buying from beginning to end. I've recommended the Buenavista Real Estate Team to everyone I know.

I recently bought a new apartment in Malaga thru BuenaVista Homes. The agent, one of the principals, was Luca Colombo. I bought the place on only one day of viewing, and in fact was the first one I saw. Luca was fantastic. I had emailed other agencies but got no reply till days later or no reply but Luca responded immediately and totally understood what I was looking for. He was always in touch and pro-active and organised in one day a great collection to see. He spent hours showing me different properties. He's a charming, intelligent man who really knows what he is doing and gives it his all. He follows thru to make sure everything is happening as it should and, in fact, saved the sale by noticing the hold payment had not gone thru because of miscommunication. BuenaVista Homes were a cut above any other agency I contacted and extremely professional. I cannot recommend them-and Luca- highly enough.

After visiting Costa del Sol continuosly for a decade plus, my wife and self decided it was high time we moved to Spain. Knowledge of the coast from Nerja to Cadiz was at our fingertips. Lots of agents was contacted via their respective websites. None stood out as Ttantalizing as the BUENAVISTAHOMES site. Browsing through their endless list of beautiful homes i settled for a couple of them. An appointment was duly booked and there was Machiel at the airport with a warm welcoming smile awaiting, his contaminating smile sent Elsa and myself beaming After visiting two homes we decided for the latter. Obstacles laid on our way, with our patience and persistent prodding, by an unrelentless Machiel our dream home was handed to us after seven long months of docile abeyance. Elsa and Tony are highly appreciative of the unflinching support granted us by the highly professional team that was painstakingly woven around our forbidding aquisition by Machiel. Folks BUENAVISTAHOMES is your answer for a real deal on the coast.

From my very first enquiry and right up to completion and beyond Buenavista Homes have been outstanding to deal with. Definitely a 5* experience. As a first time purchaser of a property abroad, Buenavista Homes helped guide me through the process and kept me regularly updated on the progress of my purchase each step of the way - this certainly took the stress away from me! Buenavista Homes organised an variety of different types of property for me to view and I finally decided on an apartment on Mijas Golf which I absolutely love. With particular thanks to Machiel and Karen who went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service experience.

I stumbled upon Buenavistahomes by accident via Google and contacted them on an apartment I saw online, just to start building up an idea of what was available. Machiel called me and we talked about what I was looking for. He already hinted that my budget was likely not enough for what I was aiming for and during several visits to the area, he helped me re-focus. With all the patience, always friendly and with an ever present smile, he finally found me an apartment that I loved and ended up buying. He put me in contact with a legal firm who did everything for me, all I had to do was wire money into the account they had set up for me at a local bank. Great service and avoids having to look for lawyers yourself. Thank you Machiel for everything. I would recommend Buenavista Homes to anyone.

Our experiences with Buenavista Homes are very positive. With the help and support of Machiel we have successfully completed the search for our holiday home in Andalusia. His good knowledge of the market and expert advice ensured that we had the right overview, could look at good possibilities and also achieved a good purchase price. We definitely recommend Buenavista Homes.

We were looking for an apartment in the neighborhood of Malaga. Machiel listened to our preferences and at the first new apartment he showed us, we were immediately in love. He helped us with the purchase of the apartment, but also with the various problems that came up during the purchase, he helped us to solve them. It is nice to have someone who can help you if you do not master the language yourself. Machiel is someone who knows his job and will always help you everywhere. It was great to know Machiel and Buenavista homes, we can recommend them to everyone !!

We would both like to thank you for your help in our recent purchase In La Duquesa. We could tell even from our first Emails that we were receiving good professional information on top of been sent good quality properties to view online, so when we arrived in Spain to view we already had a good idea of what we were looking for. The very first property Sean showed us was one we had been looking at online it had most of the features we were looking for a sea view, near a beach, good easy walking into town,2 beds 2 bathrooms and a large balcony and more importantly under our max budget. After seeing that property we also looked at several others but none matched the first one so by lunchtime we wanted to see the property again so this time we agreed to buy. Sean managed over a weekend to sort out the details and we met in his office on Monday morning to sign up for the property and by the time we flew out of Spain at lunchtime all was complete. Two months later we recurved the keys and we are now coming out to our property in Duquesa to fit it out many thanks Sean for making it as smooth and easy as possible hopefully we could meet up shortly for a drink or meal and thank you in person Cheers John And Lynne
