We needed to find an architect at the very last minute because we were flying away the following day. I have been told about Luca and fortunately for me we hit the jackpot with him. We met only once before to fly away but he understood our desires and designed exactly what we wanted and was able to provide us with plans and sketches within a few days. I have recently purchased an apartment in Malaga through Machiel at Buenavista Homes. In terms of finding the right property, which we had been looking for for more than a year, Machiel was very helpful and calm, never pushy and always listened. When we did find the right place, it was particularly complicated as the apartment was being completely refurbished by a developer, giving us the opportunity to input significantly to the finished product, but when you are not there and are dealing with everything through emails and an occasional phone call, there can be misunderstandings and delays. Machiel was always willing to help to smooth things over and to talk to both the developer and our lawyer, which was a big help and kept things on track. We would both like to thank you for your help in our recent purchase In La Duquesa. We could tell even from our first Emails that we were receiving good professional information on top of been sent good quality properties to view online, so when we arrived in Spain to view we already had a good idea of what we were looking for. The very first property Sean showed us was one we had been looking at online it had most of the features we were looking for a sea view, near a beach, good easy walking into town,2 beds 2 bathrooms and a large balcony and more importantly under our max budget.
